Each citizen could use the services of Central Library. User have to register as a reader by presenting an identity card at the Library Services Sector. In order to receive a free reading card the employees in the frames of BAS also present document that they work with permanent employment contract. All other users pay for an annual or temporary reading card according to the “Price-list for Paid Services and Activities” and complete the relevant registration form.
